What a shame! I bought one of these Dirt Devils a couple years ago and absolutely loved it!! Its small and lightweight and is perfect for vacuuming my tile floors. It finally broke so I took to amazon to order another one. This one was designed a little bit differently but seeing how much I loved my old one I ordered. At first I was pleased. Still a good product! Well after using it 2 times the little plastic piece that keeps the vacuum together broke off!! I had dumped the crumbs out and the plastic piece wouldn't click back in! Thank goodness for Amazon. I thought maybe it was just a fluke. They quickly sent me another one. SAME THING HAPPENED!! Plastic piece wont hold the together. I'm so disappointed. I will be returning again. This time for a refund.
