I would have gave this product 0 stars but 1 star is the lowest you can give. I am so beyond disappointed with this product and with Shark!! After having this vaccum for less than 3 months and using it a total of only of 6 times, it stopped working!! The roller brush stopped working, even though the light is on as if it is working- as soon as you recline the vacuum, the roller brush stops rotating. I followed all of the steps in the manual for trouble shooting to make sure there were no blockages etc. It still did not work so I contacted Shark since the manual says there is a "5 year warranty on the original unit and or nonwearable unit parts". The Shark representative stated that the warranty is on the motor only (despite the manual stating otherwise) and I had to pay $38 for them to mail me a replacement motorized floor brush. Hopefully when the replacement part arrives, it will work again! I am so disppointed with 1. The vacuum not working after only 6 uses. 2. Sharks response despite the manual stating a warranty. Furthermore, them charging for a replacement part when I have had the vaccum for 3 months!!! The reviews of this product on amazon are good but upon reading thru the thousands of reviews this a common malfunction of the roller brush with this vaccum and obviosuly an issue with this product.
