I bought this item in 2016 and used it sparingly. I sell clothing on a consignment site and if something is too wrinkled I’ll give it a quick steam. If I had to add up all of the hours that I used it for I would say maybe five over the course of two years. It was excellent! It warmed up quickly and produced enough steam to get the job done very quickly however, the other day it just completely stopped working. Nothing happened. I didn’t have a power surge, it wasn’t left on, it didn’t over heat. I just plugged it in, turned it on and NOTHING. I switched outlets, unplugged it and waited fifteen seconds because I figured maybe... but nope. This thing does not work at all anymore. There was no weird smell. It just completely stopped working and I’m upset about this. Any suggestions from the manufacturer would be appreciated and a refund would be best. I loved this streamer and am at a total loss as to why it stopped working. Nothing looks physically wrong with it. Thank you.
