I Purchased 5 of these and was very happy, they keep our pets very warm, however I purchased two more for Christmas gifts and when they arrived I noticed that they did not have the "Reflective Space Blanket Fabric" built into the layers as the previous 5 did. I contacted the manufacturer and they basically told me that was too bad and they were not interested in doing anything about it. I have a real problem with manufacturers cheat on their product, with a label clearly attached that states that this material is part of the bed, but it actually was not. Beware of companies that manufacture in China - you don't always get what you pay for!!! Shame on AspenPet!
