I bought the T460s for my family's move cross country as my wife and I would be driving separate vehicles. The radio my wife was using quit working within the first 2 hours of our 29 hour drive. I reached out to Motorola Solutions on Facebook explaining my situation and seeking further guidance. The great thing about Facebook is you can see exactly when someone reads your message. They never responded. I was excited to purchase the radios as my family in the past has never had to look any further than Motorola for 2-way radios. Unfortunately my broken radio is as quiet as Motorola, leading me to realize that I in fact can not trust Motorola for my communication needs.
