This product arrived defective - wouldn't stay charged. Instead of immediately replacing it, Therabody told us to make a video showing the problem, compile all the order details and email it to them. Weeks later, after calling multiple times, they asked us to do it again. More weeks later, they agreed to send us a new part. It was a refurbished theragun and arrived with no accessories. More time passed and they never responded to emails or phone calls. We're out the money and they still publicize they are in the business of helping people feel better. Ironic. P.S. I had to choose at least one star but it doesn't deserve any.
