Bought my VP215 a couple months ago now and, after less than a dozen cycles, I now have a 97 pound paperweight. I have made 4 attempts at contacting ARY over the past couple of weeks via phone. Each time I am told by the receptionist that the tech guy "Gary" is busy and that she will take my name and number and have him call me back. FOUR TIMES I have done this, and I have never received a call back. I am not sure that I'll get anywhere, but I am taking this issue up with Amazon now as ARY has proven to me that they don't value their customers or stand by their products. Spend a bit more money and buy a Polyscience instead to save yourself the trouble.
