I think I may have been sent an old bottle of product or a dupe. One of the two. It was not like the chi I have purchased in store before. It's sticky and thick (it reminds me of cheap hairspray). I had to clean off the nozzle before the 2 times I used it to clear residue. I've used this product several times before and have never had this issue. Needless to say, this was money down the drain and I had to throw away the product.
