Ok I must be honest and others simply MUST know this information. I seen so many great reviews but they how they miss this obvious flaw is mindboggling. I bought this item for a brand new twin bed and bed frame / mattress / sheet sets. All items are awesome except this Sunbeam bed warming pad. Why? Unless it is a rare manufacturing defect which I 99% doubt. Once you receive this and install you will immediately see that the cord where it attaches at the bottom of the pad and it's associated receptacle is way high up on the pad which means that while your sleeping your feet will constantly be hitting this hard plastic and will infuriate you! I have experience with heated mattress pads before with a queen size of another brand and the hard plastic at the bottom was stitched much further down and was never an issue. Now you know and your welcome. I wish i had read this review b4 purchase as now I must go through the headache of a return & reorder process. This review is for your benefit not mine, as it is an aggravation to have to take the time to type and post pics. I am only 5'10" and that hard plastic hit my feet as it is 1/4 the way up on the bed when it should be 1/2 way down on the middle of the side end and your feet should NEVER touch it. See pics. Now I will return this and order the more expensive Sunbeam pad. If it has the same issue you will know about it on my review list and I will go to another brand.
