I bought it about 6 years ago. As a grinder, it's very good. My biggest compliant is the rubberized body. After like 2 or 3 years, it became sticky. It's hard to clean and using water will not remove the sticky feel. I tried Lysol wipes, didn't help. I now avoid touching the body as I only need to operate the cup, the lid and the switches. I don't know if they have changed the body material now, if not, they'd better change it.
