I was very excited, to get this product based on the reviews. I hoped it would help with my lower back pain. Based on reviews and the size chart, I ordered up to an XL. It was HUGE. No matter how tight I cinched it, it just felt... Awkward? Just felt like even as tight as it was, it was just a belt that was way too big. I did what anybody would do in this case, I returned it and bought the size smaller the large. This one *barely* fits, and I usually have to have my husband's help to get it fastened! It is awkward and uncomfortable and definitely not what I was expecting. This one will also be going back and I will be looking elsewhere for a back brace. I am very very disappointed in this product. UPDATE: this company reached out to me and said their sizing had changed and offered to send me the proper size at no charge. I thought it was great customer service BUT then they said I would have to buy the brace and they would reimburse me through PayPal. I told them no and that was dishonest considering the original email just asked for my measurements and my address. Their response was to give me a promo code to use to order. Guess what? The code was EXPIRED and the company will not return my emails asking for a new code. No, they were under no obligation to even offer me a new brace for free, but if you offer one and then don't follow through that is even worse customer service than just not having done anything to begin with. Definitely buy from someone else!
