Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I'm hoping this review will inspire someone from amazon to contact me regarding this highly over-priced subscription fee. I have subscribed to both the Kindle version Ellery Queen Mystery Magazine and the Alfred Hitchcock Mystery Magazine and have received 4 digital publications of each magazine for a total of 8 and I have been charged 22 times at 2.99 for a total of $65.78. Amazon makes it next to impossible to contact them for help regarding digital downloads. I definitely intend to cancel this subscription if no one from Amazon contacts me regarding this issue. If this is the normal subscription rate then count me out! Way too expensive.
