First time I dropped my phone my glass shattered. That's super disappointing because I read such great reviews on this product. Now my $750 is worth nothing and I have another 23 months to pay it off. Not happy. I dropped it off a table at Starbucks, and when I picked it up I thought maybe the case had shattered and protected the glass. Quite the opposite, the glass shattered and nothing happened to the case. Update; I do need to add that they returned my money in full not only for the one phone case I bought but for 2 phone cases because we purchase to at the same time. I am grateful for that. My phone is still cracked
