Disappointed
Well
This is our second sw320 monitor in a week
We bought the sw320 expecting a problem free product invoking the quality that the description professes. We have had benq monitors before, and liked the products
The sw320 has a solid professional build and feels like a well made product
However :
Unfortunately both monitors came in with severe light bleed in the corners, dead or stuck pixels, and the manifestation of the light bleed was so bad that all the colors in the corners are bleached and washed out.
We do not wish to spend anymore money on a third attempt, with two in a row we feel the next will have the same issues
I am dissspointed, I had expected a quality assurance step,( and I if the monitor is calibrated) then how did the monitors leave the company in the state they are in?
I've had benq products before, I've never spent this much money in one and received issues such as this.
I had my hopes up, especially after all the research we had put into it.
Anyhow, I hope this helps those in the fence on parting with $1600 for each monitor.
I know it's just a monitor, but it was important to me
