INK CARTRIDGES DON'T WORK
Product DOES NOT WORK with the "initial" ink cartridges. The customer service is aware that product is faulty. They made me take pictures of the installed cartridges even though they are aware that these ink cartridges are not working. I was pleased with the quick delivery, quick set-up but customer service lied to me about sending replacement cartridges overnight. Several days later, I have no ink and am unable to work, DO NOT PURCHASE Epson printers. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKs.
