Okay. Where do you buy the refills?
I gave this to my daughter and son in law for Christmas and the next day their electric went out so they soaked the thing and it worked great. Then they read the instructions...the cell only charges 3 times! Hum! Not happy. So much for them using it for camping. Also not happy that there is no indication where to buy refills for them. I just bought a bomb gift for my kids. Thanks AHs.
