I HATE THIS MAT!!!!! I bought it based on the positive reviews and am scratching my head wondering where they all come from. This mat is so SLIPPERY. I've tried breaking it in with salt (twice) and used it regularly but finally had to switch back to my old mat because using this one feels dangerous. I slip on most of the poses and it's a matter of time before serious injury occurs. I truly despise this mat and am angry I wasted money on it.
