BEWARE: I purchased the burr grinder model based on the high rating here, but only noticed after that 90% of the positive reviews were for the blade grinder instead. I figured, oh well, the product might not be top tier but it should at least work. Well... I turned it on and after about 30 seconds of grinding the entire thing fried. We're talking smoke coming from the controls, horrible smell. Absolutely embarrassing. It's as bad as everyone says it is. Please buy the burr grinder if you'd like to watch KRUPS hilariously embarrass themselves and spoil their name. Otherwise, save yourself the the time driving to UPS for the inevitable return. ALSO, a message to Amazon: Having multiple products on a single page is fine if we're talking about slightly different options or colors. Here, there is enough difference (I'd hope) between the blade and the burr grinder that I feel mislead by a unified rating for both products. Something to consider.
