I bought this tool in May 2018 used it once and it worked excellent. Then the next time I went to use it It wouldn't even turn on. I can confirm that it was plugged into a functioning outlet. The tool was kept in its case, indoors. No reasonably reason why it shouldn't work. Beyond that I did some research only to find out this is not an uncommon issue. And to make it worse, while Dremel does have a two year warranty it requires you pay for packaging and shipping to send it to the service center. So it is just more out of pocket expense and time spent on a tool that should not have gone bad in the first place. I am disappointed in Dremel's quality of product and warranty implementation.
