It does NOT include the pet roller, the wood floor tool nor the pad!!
I was loving it for the first 15 min. When I was trying the different tools I realized it didn’t come the pet tool, hardfloor wood cleaner or pad!! I have all wood floors and two large rugs but the main reason I got it was for the pet tools!! When I moved on to the next rug, the light turned red for no reason so I stopped and checked to see what was stuck but there was nothing..I removed the few hairs in the rollers and continued.. but no green light, no red light no movement in the rollers. I literally just got it today!!! So disappointed. Returning this item.
