Props Samsung! You have won.
I bought this product along with the rear speakers in June of 2020 and loved it. Used it until the beginning of August when it would no longer connect with the subwoofer or rear speakers. I called technical support and couldn’t resolve the issue. So I box up all the speakers, as instructed. Five speakers total- a sound bar, subwoofer, two rear speakers and a rear speaker control module. I took extra precautions to carefully pack everything so there would be no damage. On my own time. Ship it off to a repair station as it was under warranty with a UPS shipping label that Samsung provided. I received a email at the end of August advising me that my un-repaired unit was being shipped back. When everything was returned the rear speakers and rear speaker control module was missing. The sound bar and subwoofer along with the associated wires were poorly packed and had received significant damage. After numerous inquiries and promised callbacks that I never received from Samsung I finally received a call September 10th and discussed my issues. Samsung told me that everything was inventoried during initial receiving. But advised me that the rear speakers were “probably” being shipped back or that they will be at some point. Samsung then promised to provide a full refund of the subwoofer and sound bar only, contingent on me returning the damaged product. I was frustrated that I couldn’t find recourse on the rear speakers but decided to take what I could. So I packed the sound bar and subwoofer again on my own time with a shipping label provided by Samsung. And shipped everything of via ups. It is now November 6th I have yet to receive a refund. And I have been told that my refund request was rejected.
Edit, I received a new soundbar unit on 12/20/2020 I didn’t receive compensation or a new unit for my rear speakers that went missing.
