The zippers are sticky, very hard to unzip quickly at airport security. ***UPDATE 2/18/20*** COOLIFE has contacted me twice now asking me to remove my HONEST review because it’s negative. In exchange, they’ve offered to refund me half of the cost of the suitcase. When I refused, they said they’d refund the total amount. That too is unacceptable. If this company truly makes a decent product, they should stand behind it and give me a replacement suitcase. This is a very unprofessional company. I’ve been a Prime customer for many years and I’ve never encountered this situation.
