Had the spa up and running 24 hours, was very pleased with the easy set up. While relaxing in the spa for about 10 min. I looked over the edge and saw water pouring out from the bottom of the spa cabinet. Jumped out and opened the door to motor area and took a few min. to find out where water was pouring out from. Found that a small clear hose had popped off on the underside of motor. I was able to get it back on but not until room was flooded. What a nightmare! Sent two emails, one explaining that online registration form was not working and second one to please pass onto their production lines to make sure all hoses for hot tub are secure. Never heard a word back.
