Big Problems, Old Software Since the Windows 10 update, Epson scanners no longer work after one scan. I thought my reliable 12 year old scanner had broken, ordered a new scanner, and discovered it was doing the same thing - freezing after one scan. I was also stunned to see that Epson had not updated their software in the last 12 years - same graphic interface from 2007. Returning this, everyone stay away. This problem is well documented online searching for Epson scanners freezing after one scan. Additionally, the installation CD sent had never been burned. They slapped a label on a dvd with no software. Really?
