I have 2 core issues: 1- I purchased this product about 6 months ago. It worked just fine for about 3-4 months and then the battery went dead on me. My phone wouldnt charge, the battery logo kept flashing on and off. I couldn't turn on my phone- nothing. The battery just died on me. I put in a old spare I and my phone was back on. Fine, I chalked this new battery, the PowerBear, up to a "Lemon". I knew i had a warranty because I was well within my first year so I decided to contact the company. This is where my second, much larger issue is and WARN ANYONE AGAINST BUYING FROM PowerBear. 2- My issue is with the customer service, ability to get your warranty honored and responsiveness. I went online and attempted to contact customer support regarding the faulty battery I purchased. I went on to their site, and first red flag was that there was no number I could call. I then proceeded to follow the link to contact customer service via e-form. When I clicked that link, i received 403 message that the site wasnt good. That was the second red flag. They provided an email so I went ahead and emailed them (this was on January 24th). I didnt hear back for several weeks so I went back on and sent a follow-up. Of course, no word again for several weeks. I finally received a response to my email on March 2nd for them to only ask me for my order number which i provided in my initial emails! REALLY!? This company is terrible when it comes to standing behind their product. They will take your money and I hope and pray the product inst faulty because you are out the money and a battery! SERIOUSLY consider going with another brand before purchasing from them.
