UPDATE: Aug 13, 2019 I was contacted by Amazon Review Services under the guise that they wanted my opinion on how the product could be improved. I provided some honest suggestions. The email asked if I wanted a refund. Sure I said, saves me the trouble of sending it back. Then a second email came with instructions on how to delete my review, and, oh, did I still want a refund! I would rather leave this honest review of what happened than get my 30 bucks back. Keep it. If this actually gets published then I hope someone reading it avoids the mistake I made and either just leaves their dent alone or gets it properly repaired. Original Review Car looks much worse now than when I started. I got the hang of it. You are trying to ease the metal back in to the original shape. I used a dozen hot glue applications and tried to work out the single dent on our Fiat. All I have now is a lumpy bumpy mess that is much more noticeable than the original dent. Maybe it works on big shallow dents in the middle of as big flat panel, like a door. No good anywhere there is existing curvature/shaping. Not a silver bullet, that is for sure.
