What a ripoff.
I did read quiet a few books that could be categorized as self-help but this is one is the most disappointing one so far. I never came across a book lacking so much in substance. Want me to reveal the author's secret how to have a "miracle morning" and become a new better you that you always wanted to be? Get up earlier. Want me to get into the details on how to get up earlier even if you're "not a morning person" and feel like you want crawl back to bed upon waking up? Put the alarm clock far from bed. Drink a glass of water upon waking up. Brush up your teeth and wash your face immediately. Here. The author's deep research and miracle technique that will change your life. Now if you're wondering why the book is almost 200 pages long- most of the book is author talking about himself, success stories( of course), and constantly being referred to the author's webpage to check or download something or join the community. Then to make this substance-lacking book as long as possible author constantly repeats himself and fills the pages with poorly chosen quotes that are supposed to inspire you. If that didn't make you cringe yet- the guy also mentions the great book "The Secret" and makes visualization boards. Supposedly it took him 6 years to write that book.... Seriously? Wouldn't 6 years be enough to at least do some research to actually fill the book with some valuable information? I've read some self-help books that weren't helpful but it's the first time ever I feel ripped off by buying a book.
