Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I opened the capsule to put it in water and as I stirred it I noticed that there were chunks that weren't dissolving. Touching them with a spoon I could tell they were hard. I opened another in a bowl, see pic, and the hard chunks were there too. Rinsing them off they look like small rocks. Not sure what they really are but I won't be taking these... I've always liked NOW brand. Not sure what's going here.
