This book was not on my kindle unlimited list, but after reading the sample, I was hooked and paid 4.99. Shortly thereafter, the author inserted references to how terrible the federal government “under the current administration” was and it was obvious the author was a Never Trumper/ Trump hater. Although the story kept me interested, I was annoyed with the ongoing critical comments about how this administration changed immigration policy, reversed protective status for illegals, and the worst was alluding that the current administration separated illegal alien children from their illegal alien parents and kept the, in cages, when we all know this started under the Obama administration. The author should realize that with a book full of his political opinions will alienate 60-70 % of the population/readers. The best part however were when the conservative lawyer saved everyone in the final courtroom scene at the trial. I will not read another from this author even if it is free.
