…you have an issue and need to use Sony support. When you buy a top of the line product from a company you would expect top of the line support back from them. I purchased the 75Z9D and was actually very happy with it except one flaw that I could not live with. The screen appears to be out of alignment to where there is a light bleed on the edge of the screen. When going through the support process with Sony I submitted photos of the issue and was told by them that this was considered to be acceptable. Sony, you have now lost my business and I hope others thinking of purchasing this TV will take this in consideration when deciding what to buy. My TV is being returned.
