I was robbed and so was everyone else who got suckered into buying this product! It says 545mg. on the front of the label and in 1 part of the back, but if you look at the nutritional content, it says that only 99mg is absorbed. I have had to take 6 or them daily to even approach what I thought I'd be getting from 1. It's dishonest and misleading advertising at its worst and even at that higher dose it didn't even do the job. Nusalt put into capsules is infinitely cheaper and I get exactly as much potassium as I need. I'm sorry I tried to go the "easy" route out of laziness instead of Immediately going back to my old tried and true method.
