Boots thrown in trash after wearing < 15 times
My daughter got these boots just before school started and wore them no more than once a week, the heel split in half and pulled completely off the boot after THREE MONTHS of occasional wear.
Amazon says contact Steve Madden, Steve Madden says contact Amazon, when pressed that Amazon is an authorized retailer their response was that's considered "normal" wear and tear and outside their 60 day warranty.
No more Steve Madden shoes/boots for us!
