Bought this item on August 26, 2017. Same model number. I checked my previous order. Best RV purchase ever. Life changing when it comes to shower pressure. I even had everyone I know with travel trailers and RVs buy one. Fast forward to August 2018 and we purchase a brand new RV and what is the FIRST THING I GO ON AMAZON TO BUY? This amazing shower head. It arrives, we install it and off we go on our first week long RV trip in our new rig. Get in the shower, turn it on, works great and suddenly I go to shut off the flow of water after rinsing my hair and what?????? NO ON/OFF button on the shower head. OMGGGG. PISSED BEYOND BELIEF. This is the same exact model number as the one I bought a year ago. I am so incredibly disappointed and completely aggravated. Now I have to turn the flow off at the faucet which is a colossal pain in the butt. So be forewarned. This shower head has no “pause” button. So disappointed as this is the best shower head ever made for RVs. If you don’t need a pause feature, you’ll be fine. If you want a pause button, you should try to find the Oxygenics shower head with that feature. It’s out there somewhere, sharing a model number with this one that has no pause button. :(. Eventually I’ll have to replace it with the other one with the pause button I just had no desire to spend double money right now on a product that should have come with the pause feautre in the first place. The products shouldn’t share a model number (26481) if they aren’t exactly the same.
