Dangerous! Do not buy this! I purchased this to replace a very cheap toaster oven that was many years old. I was concerned that the old toaster oven was a fire hazard because the timer no longer worked. Ironically, this spiffy new toaster had a fire within the first month of use. There is no way to clean out crumbs that accumulate just under the heating element. I kept the oven immaculate and regularly rinsed off the bottom removable tray where crumbs collect. However, the ones just under the heating element can't removed and I assume that is what caused the fire. Fortunately, I immediately blew it out. Unfortunately, after emailing over a course of days, the company determined that I am due a replacement. This product should be immediately recalled. (I included a picture to show where the crumbs accumulate that can not be cleaned).
