I really wanted to like this deodorant but unfortunately I really do hate it. IDK what Lume thinks lavender smells like, but their products smells like days old armpit BO and garlic with a sprinkle of generic "lavender". I quite honestly find the odor of their deodorant more offensive than my own BO. I have used dove deodorant pretty much my whole life and that stuff would last me a good 24 hours but because it had aluminum in it, I wanted to try something safer. LUME IS NOT IT It smells bad going on I apply the deoderant after my shower and before bed every night. When I wake up in the morning to get dressed I can smell myself. I have never had a deoderant fail so terribly at BO protection than this crap. I mean seriously, I keep my bedroom ice cold at night and I sweat very little to not at all why the heck does a 72 HOUR PROTECTION deoderant not withstand a 5-6 hour time period? A time period of basically NO activity? I've been using this for a week and after having to reapply after a couple hours EVERY DAY SINCE I GOT THE SHIT, I want everyone to know to stay far away from this stuff. I really don't like the idea of going back to my aluminum based deoderant but it seems to be the only thing that works and guess what? It doesn't cost thirty freaking dollars plus shipping to use it. I'm so disappointed because their ads are hilarious and that's what got me to try but this is horrible.
