I liked the self emptying feature. The bot worked well, then it didn't. It was cranky to set up up the software. Finally got the bot to connect and then turned it loose to map the room. No problem. Even returned to base to empty the full bonboard bin. Set up rooms, no problem. Ran three cleaning cycles, no problem. Two days later started on 4th clean cycle, lost connection with bot. Went through reconnection suggestions in manual, no connection. Called tech support. When I selected option 2 automated message said shark was having problems with the robot software. Tech support listened to what I had tried. Suggested that I reset the bot back to factory specs. Found must be connected to bot to reset. Suggested that I delete bot from software and do fresh install. After several tries with getting a connection then bot would "error" on confirming connection. Tried running bot by pushing clean button. Bot would bounce off walls and furniture randomly wandering around room. I really liked the features of this bot and I really wanted it to work, but with the software issues, I shipped it back.
