The length is just shorter than it supposed to be. The neck holder is not efficient enough to focus directly on the face frame but double chins frame cause it can’t hold my iphone weight. And THE MOST IMPORTANT PART is the thighener wheel IS VERY FRAGILE which is already broken within a week. I feel like I paid for another gabage in my house now cause I can’t use it anymore.
