Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I need this mainly for tracking. The maintenance stuff is secondary. The hardware is fine and was pretty easy to install, but now that it's been in use for several weeks, I've found it's unreliable and buggy. The web app is completely different from the Android app, and both are frustrating to use. Data is missing, out of order, out of sync, inconsistent. I could go on... They clearly have an underlying problem with their database, and their app design is poor overall. Tech support is fairly responsive but almost useless - they just try to convince me everything is ok, when it's definitely not. I'm going to look for a different system and suggest you do the same. BTW, this points out the flaw in many Amazon reviews - they're submitted just after the user got the product. What we need are reviews after using it for long enough to see if it actually works well!
