Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased this case from Best Buy when I first got the S7 edge in March. I rarely drop my phone but it fell out of my pocket earlier this week with this case on and the phone screen shattered. I've had Otterbox cases for other phones and never had a problem. I will not be purchasing Otterbox again after this fiasco. Additionally, I went to the website to write a review to warn others who may want to purchase this case with this same picture included. It has not been published on their site. I am sure they censor which negative reviews get published.
