Poor, cheap build quality. I'm a 200 lb guy and I sat in this chair for a couple hours each day for 3-4 months until it broke. The plate that connects the seat to the hydraulic has cracked all the way around. Before it broke, about 2 months into use the chair developed a lot of side to side tilt. It felt as if something were bending and sure enough it was the bottom plate creasing. A good office chair should put up with at least a few years of daily use. Not a couple months of evening gaming. The overall comfort was fine until it developed the side to side tilting and eventually broke.
