Edited 11/19/19 - Disclaimer: I've always disliked when people give a low rating for something other than the product itself. I'm breaking my own rule and doing that today due to the unethical business practices of the Seller...I want to make a statement. Included with the measuring cup was an insert indicating that you could "Get and Extra Free 2-cup Measuring Cup - Visit the link below to claim your free measuring cup...". Pleased with the quality and all about getting something for free (who isn't?), I went to the link, submitted my information and waited. 13 days later, no response so I sent another email checking to see where things stood. I then received an email with a link to a survey. "Once we receive your survey, we will check it and then ship the gift in two business days". I did as directed (part of the survey said I needed to leave a review on Amazon). Interestingly, all communication ceased as soon as I completed the survey and posted my review. Since then, I've sent two additional emails trying to follow-up to no avail. Does this change the quality of the measuring cup? No, but it certainly speaks volumes about the Seller - unethical and bribing for a positive review. I've sent back the 3-cup measuring cup I purchased - there are many other quality stainless measuring cups to choose from and I would rather my money go to someone with more ethics. Changing review from 4 stars to 1 star. The measuring cup is a good quality stainless with no defects or pitting - I don't expect it to rust. It's easy to clean. It can be a little difficult to read some of the markings but that could be attributed to my 60 year old eyes too. Overall, I'm pleased with this product.
