So far, I am very irritated with this product. I just received this today, so my baby has not yet slept in it, but soon after assembly (which was very easy and painless) I realized that it tilts slightly to one side! Watch my video! I bought this to replace another bassinet that was handed down to me. I was afraid my newborn would suffocate in it as the sides are a thick fabric. But now I have to worry he is going to slide around in this new bassinet due to it not being level. Without even trying it, it makes me want to return this and buy the Halo bassinet. All I can try and do is jimmy-rig this thing to sit level, unless there is something I'm missing and there is a way to adjust it. If there is, I can't seem to figure it out. I'll have to get creative. I would just return to get another, but I worry I'll get one with the same problem. **Update! It's now January 2021 and my baby that this bassinet was bought for is almost 2. He slept in it for about 3-4 months, but I had to jimny-rig it to sit level because the tilt was causing his to slide to one side and roll into the mesh siding. I am not pregnant with baby #2 and I am looking for a new bassinet because I don't want to deal with this one again. I might try and reassemble to make sure this wasn't user error, but if the same thing happens, I won't even bother with this thing again.
