Let me start off by saying I was very much looking forward to trying the Jennifer Bradley products especially the 4 in 1 foundation after seeing her videos. When I tried the foundation I found that it in no way goes on like it is portrayed in her videos. I am not sure if it is the quality of the brush included in the kit for free or the product itself. Regardless, it didn't work for me. Since I found that the products didn't work for me I got online to see how to return my kit. I should say first that I was told in my back and forth messaging with them when getting ready to order that there was a 30 day money back guarantee on all products. When I looked online there is a statement that says all kits have to be returned "UNOPENED" for a full refund. How can you try the product to determine if it works for you? So I emailed customer service about this and to also say I will be returning the kit after "one use" for a refund. What is interesting is I got an immediate reply when I was planning to purchase. Guess what? No reply and it has been 2 days!! I will be sending my kit back and hoping for a refund, but have no idea if that will happen. If you plan to purchase just beware of these three things - 1) If you purchase a kit and you are not happy you may not be able to return for a full refund. 2) You will get no customer service if you are unhappy with the products. 3) The foundation does not go on as it is shown in her videos - at least it didn't for me.
