I've been using Norton products since Windows 3.1 (wayyy back) and every few years this company overreaches with their anti-virus, where the software becomes more of a burden than a virus itself. Well they're at it again. I'd rather have a virus than deal with Norton 2020, it's the worst one in many years. Install this at your own risk! The main offense is this purchase no longer extends your coverage by 365 days - they literally cheat you out of your remaining subscription time, two weeks in my case. I made numerous attempts to contact customer support by live chat and the website continuously re-directs and never brings on a live agent. On top of that, I find the forced auto-renewal offensive. Fortunately they allow you to immediately cancel the auto-renewal but it adds time to the process. Also if you purchase factor in the time it takes to write a negative review. Overall, re-installing a copy of windows if you get a virus might be quicker if you have a good system and a well set up network. Next year I'm going with McAfee which I have on another computer, it's cheaper and less time consuming to deal with. Hopefully cheating me out of that extra 76 cents was worth the loss of years of future business. Nice knowing ya.
