First off I bought this as an Amazon renewed product which was a huge mistake. I was not able to activate the base station since it was still registered to a previous owner. I don’t understand how Amazon was able to sell this without wiping the data from a previous user. Also I specifically purchased the Arlo cameras because according to Arlo’s website the Arlo pro 2 was supposed to be HomeKit compatible. Well after a discussion with their customer service I found it is not. Apparently the information on their own website as well as the Amazon listing is wrong. I guess I will try out the Logitech cameras.
