I purchased this vacuum 12/26/17 and have used it for 5 months now. If I could return it, I would! However, the return policy is 30 days (!!!!) - this 30 day period is also the max amount for you to get a replacement of any item that becomes defective. Unfortunately, if you are like me, it takes longer than 30 days to really use a product and have it fail. This company knows this. Here's the issue: The floor attachment that you use to vacuum comes off VERY easily - to the point that it is annoying to use the vacuum. We decided the other features of the vacuum made up for this flaw and continued to use it. I wish I would have returned immediately. Now we are stuck with a vacuum that does not function. The solution is to purchase a new floor head for $24 on amazon (1 star reviews) or through Atrix ($30). Only this will not solve the original problem of the thing coming off as you are vacuuming. I will post pics from my phone in a few minutes so you can see what i'm talking about. If they could get the attachments to easily come on/off and not be made of cheap plastic, this would be a solid vacuum! Don't waste your time and effort trying this vacuum.
