Got the toaster oven December 12. Really liked its looks and how it opened to put food into it. February 19th my wife heard a loud noise. Went into the kitchen to find glass shattered. The oven wasn't even on. I tried to contact Hamilton Beach by phone, but the wait time was 37 minutes. Do they have only one person that answers customer warranty issues?. I sent an email but still haven't heard back from them and it's been over a week. This product is dangerous and company makes it too difficult to contact them. Update: Hamilton Beach called me back after I left them a message. Said to email them a picture of toaster oven and they would send a replacement. Hope this one is not defective.
