This is a good quality umbrella for the price! It shipped quickly (faster than the backorder said) and was packaged well. It has a nice pulley system. The wood pole looks great too! Haven't had it long, so we'll see how it holds up. Update September 2010...I ordered 2 of these umbrellas at the beginning of the summer and they have both broke! The wooden "finial" on top is completely cracked and poles on each umbrella have snapped. Not too happy...
