I was initially pleased with this bike - perfect for helping me recover from some knee issues. In less than a week a loud clunking noise developed in the wheel shaft. No one was able to offer a reason for the problem or reassure me that the noise would no hinder the long term performance of the bike. Amazon did agree to provide a pre-paid shipping label but even at that and because UPS scheduled a pick-up I was not told about the cost to me to return the item was over $60.00.
