This machine is HORRIBLE!! THE PROBLEM IS NOT BROTHER SEWING MACHINES, IT IS AMAZON SERVICES. The sewing machine had stitch and jamming problems right out of the box. We adjusted the tension various times during the month and 1/2 I have owned this machine. On September 25, 2019 (purchased 08/12/2019) it finally stopped working, the bobbin thread would not feed. For several days my husband and I attempted to solve the problem. We finally borrowed a bobbin tray from our friend across the street and the machine started working. Upon closer examination of the bobbin case we discovered that the case was old looking and appeared to be used. On Oct. 1, 2019 we happened be in JOANN Fabrics and Crafts and chatted with the SEWING & CRAFTING CLASSES AT JOANN person about the problem. This person stated that this was probably a used or reconditioned product sold by AMAZON. A bobbin case does not get scratched from a months use with a brand new sewing machine. IT APPEARS THAT I WAS RIPPED OFF BY AMAZON AND SOLD EITHER A USED OR RECONDITIONED PRODUCT. 😫
